Corrin was outstanding. This was my first home purchase so I was worried about obtaining a broker-- you need to have someone you trust and does not push you into making a decision too quickly! Corrin ameliorated my nerves entirely. He was responsive to my needs and preferences, flexible with scheduling, and was very forthcoming with his thoughts about places we saw. We looked at probably 40 places; he quickly learned what I liked and made suggestions. He also was very helpful during the title transfer and afterwards, answering questions throughout. ALSO he is a general contractor, so he does not just have advice on the external value of the property, but can tell you what to look out for behind the walls. Overall, cannot recommend him more.
