We understand how difficult it can be to find a home improvement firm that really puts your wants and needs first, but we pride ourselves in going the extra mile to ensure our clients are satisfied with our services. Our jobs are almost exclusively referral based, and our reviews speak for themselves. The success of Leestone Interiors relies on the strong relationships we have forged with our workers, our sub-contractors and our dedicated trade suppliers. At Leestone Interiors, we take pride in what we do and we always strive to do the job right the first time. We are committed to achieving the objectives of our clients through high quality workmanship, attention to detail, and exceptional communication, to deliver an end result that will bring years of joy to the homeowner.

Manhattan Courtyard

We’re often hired to fix problems caused by prior contractors. It’s an unfortunate reality of the business, and not every firm’s work is to our standard. On this job, we rectified $200,000 worth damages caused by poorly applied waterproofing and incorrectly constructed roofs.

After the Owner’s Corp brought us in, we did the job the right way! We also redesigned lighting, landscaping, and installed eco-friendly green roofs to help the environment and improve the view from the neighboring apartments.

Fifth Avenue

New Yorkers know the “joys” of having upstairs neighbors, especially when their apartments leak! After replacing the warped subfloor, we installed top-of-the-line soundproofing, hardwood oak flooring, baseboards and new hardware on custom doors.

We also replaced the lighting, bathrooms and fabricated a bespoke kitchen to maximize every inch of storage, topped off with a Subzero-Wolf stove. After plastering and painting, we delivered the apartment back to the owner in Triple-Mint condition.

Brooklyn Heights

In a stunning Pre-War, we gut renovated this tired unit that hadn’t been upgraded since the 1950’s.

After finding dangerous electrical work and shoddy plumbing by the prior owner, we set about restoring this beauty to her former glory with a clawfoot tub and brass fittings to match. After custom closets, a new kitchen with Caesarstone Countertops, restoration of original floors, doors and radiators, along with plumbing upgrades and electrical rewire, the DOB commended us on our exceptional workmanship.

Park Avenue

This 6-bed Park Avenue unit had beautiful bones, but it needed some real TLC.

All walls, ceilings, baseboards, woodwork and hardware required extensive repairs. We replaced crumbling sheetrock and upgraded the electrical throughout. We painstakingly restored the heavily damaged hand-painted 1940’s chinoiserie wallpaper, and our designers furnished every room, topped off with custom artwork from a local NYC artist, Christian Frisk.
