About Madeleine Black

Madeleine Black brings a fresh perspective, strong industry foundation, and relationship-driven approach to New York City real estate. Originally from Mississippi, Madeleine developed an early interest in the industry that led her to pursue both a real estate-focused education and hands-on experience in two of the country’s premier luxury markets.

Before beginning her career in New York City, Madeleine interned with leading real estate professionals in Los Angeles and Palm Beach, gaining firsthand exposure to the level of service, presentation, discretion, and attention to detail required in high-end real estate. These experiences helped shape her approach today: listen carefully, communicate clearly, and bring thoughtfulness and professionalism to every client relationship.

Madeleine graduated from the University of Mississippi with a Bachelor of Business Administration and an emphasis in Real Estate. Now a Licensed Real Estate Salesperson and member of The Thomas Team at SERHANT., she is building her business in New York City with the same curiosity, discipline, and drive that have guided her path from the beginning.

For Madeleine, real estate is ultimately personal. She values getting to know her clients, understanding what matters most to them, and being a trusted resource throughout the process.

Outside of real estate, Madeleine enjoys Pilates, horseback riding, traveling, spending time with family and friends.
