Corrin was an incredible resource for my wife and I in our first home purchase. He took us to see probably an annoying amount of condos before we finally ended up loving one. He also did a great job providing some non-obvious pros and cons of the various buildings and apartments in NYC that we didn't immediately think of. In the end we ended up buying in a building we were originally considering, but after Corrin took us to see it, we loved it! Also, invaluable in the negotiation phase, and we ended up getting a great deal. I would recommend (and have, multiple times, recommended) Corrin to any of my friends looking for a home.
